This pavilion includes a new change room, gymnasium, umpires change facilities and social rooms over 2 levels. It also includes a larger undercover spectator area, first floor viewing deck, increased lobby and foyer areas and a video room.

The Tendering Form – Part C 24 project also involves the restoration of the heritage grandstand and offices for various sports groups underneath the grandstand. Passive design was an integral part of the design, in which a solar array

system was installed on the roof plane for passive energy collection, as well as a thermal chimney that provides air convection and passive solar heating into the social spaces of the building.
