This is a dual campus College in the eastern suburbs, formerly two separate schools with 1300 students. We were commissioned to produce a 10 year Site

Development Plan to deal with both campuses investigating options for a new multi purpose hall, changing facilities, canteen, additional classrooms, staff and bus parking.

We completed several stages having produced the multi purpose hall (gymnasium), canteen staff areas, toilets, art rooms, woodwork rooms, and additional classrooms which were built on time and below the original budget of $10 million.

The second stage of the project has been completed and involved the construction of a new library for the junior campus.
