The Capitol Apartments converted 10 floors above Walter Burley Griffin’s renowned Capitol Theatre to a new and vibrant place to live. The design makes use of the original building, yet introduces light,

modern living spaces in the central city location. It was designed within strict heritage guidelines and constructed quickly and efficiently, despite its location opposite Melbourne Town Hall.
