This project involved considerable consultation and evolution as many user groups were to be co-located. The total combination of buildings in the hub provides:

• An A.D.A.S.S. centre
• Senior Citizens centre able to cater for 350 people in various groupings

• Childcare
• Community meeting rooms
• Maternal + Child Health
• Youth Groups
• Library Drop-off Point
• Parking for 60 cars
• Kindergarten for 30 children

This project received an award for the Local Government buildings and was described, at its opening by the Premier, Steve Bracks as a model for Hubs in the State of Victoria.
